Fabulous location, only 2 minutes away from the junction 58 of the I4, and close to the 192, easy access can be gained to all parks including Disney, Seaworld and Universal. Indeed the beaches at either the Gulf Coast or Atlantic Coast near Kennedy are less than an hour away.

Fabulous golf facilities within minutes at up-market Reunion and Champions-Gate Golfing complex.

Our home benefits from a peaceful private screened pool which backs onto a woodland conservation area. Recline by the pool or if you still have energy after the parks, why not have a game of table tennis or air hockey in our games room.

  We stayed in this home for 8 nights in end August / first week of September. We all had a wonderful time. It was perfect for our needs as kid’s rooms and master bedroom was upstairs and 2nd bedroom was at the main level for my in-laws.
The home was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The swimming pool and game room was great. In fact we changed our plans and decided to spend one day at home to enjoy the game room, pool and downtown disney( 10 min). We are so glad we did that. For us - WiFi was a great help and Xbox was add on.
It is worth mentioning - All the attractions were minutes away. We also loved having the shopping center and nice dining close by. We hope very much to come back to the Villa in the future and also recommend to other families.
Thanks Tim and Helen for offering this property for vacation rental. Overall it was a great stay for us at a fair deal.

  The property was certainly as described and I would recommend this villa to anyone that is considering an Orlando holiday. The property was very clean and all amenities worked. The location was perfect for us in everyway, we were able to get to all and any of the parks we wanted to go to quickly and without any real effort.

  Just wanted to drop you a quick note, hope you get this before you set off for your stay here.

Wanted to let you know that we have all really enjoyed our stay & would stay here again.

Hope you do not mind but we have left a couple of items behind, thought they would be useful for future guests :- - clothes dryer/horse (next to washing machine). - polystyrene cool box & a couple of blue ice packs.
Have also remembered to leave the Tom-Tom in the cupboard under TV in the living room. Was worthwhile having that.

  We were very impressed by the high standard of the Villa in Hummingbird Pass and its situation at the end of the row of houses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and made good use of the pool and other facilities.

Should we decide in the future to visit Florida again we will certainly be in touch.
