	June 2011 We stayed for 2 weeks. 4 Adults and 4 kids. Kids with ages between 8 and 15).We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood, and most important, it is a safe and nice neighbourhood. More or less 30 minutes form the atrractions. The rental itself is clean, spacious and has a very nice pool and gameroom. It has Wifi so the kids could play all their games on their ipad!!!! :) The kitchen is well equipped. I would surely rent this unit again, and will recommend to others as well. The owners were very nice and always responded to my mails, while we were making the reservation. Thanks a lot Tim and Helen, we enjoyed your rental unit.
	June 2011 We really enjoyed staying at this house. With 8 people ranging from 7 months to 75, this was an ideal setting for us. Plenty of room to spread out and give everyone some space. The alarm on the sliding glass door leading to the pool was much appreciated since we have an active 3 year old grandson. We enjoyed being able to fix 2 meals a day at the house, thus saving a lot of money in the parks. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disney each day. Publix is close by, but WalMart is a long ways away. Bath towels are provided, but wash cloths and beach towels are not. We'd recommend this place to others and may return again ourselves next year.

Review Submitted: May 26, 2010 Date of Stay: May 2010 This is a great place and the location is just minutes away from the Disney attractions. There is even grocery store just down the road. The swimming pool was wonderful after a long day at the Disney sites. We had three small children with us so the pool alarm was a very nice addition. The alarm goes off when a door to the pool is opened. The home was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We will rent this home again and recommend it to all our friends.
	missingthevilla esperance, NY Review Submitted: March 9, 2010 Date of Stay: March 2010 this was the hardest vacation to leave. i will Never stay in a hotel again. talk about location!! this place was Perfect! the home was in New condition. the interior of the home was actually nicer than we anticipated and my kids loved having their own rooms, and a heated pool. my husband and i loved how comfy it was after a long day at disney. i will never forget the experience. we cant wait to book again for the same villa.
	Review Submitted: July 21, 2010 Date of Stay: June 2010 The house was very clean and we loved the privacy. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the ping pong. Nobody wanted to leave when it was time to go. Distance to restaurants and attractions was fine for us. Close but not too close. We don't like being in the middle of all the crowds all the time. It was great to get away from it all at the end of the day. We would definately recommend this property to others.

	We stayed in this home for 8 nights in end August / first week of September. We all had a wonderful time. It was perfect for our needs as kid’s rooms and master bedroom was upstairs and 2nd bedroom was at the main level for my in-laws. The home was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The swimming pool and game room was great. In fact we changed our plans and decided to spend one day at home to enjoy the game room, pool and downtown disney( 10 min). We are so glad we did that. For us - WiFi was a great help and Xbox was add on. It is worth mentioning - All the attractions were minutes away. We also loved having the shopping center and nice dining close by. We hope very much to come back to the Villa in the future and also recommend to other families. Thanks Tim and Helen for offering this property for vacation rental. 	The property was certainly as described and I would recommend this villa to anyone that is considering an Orlando holiday. The property was very clean and all amenities worked. The location was perfect for us in everyway, we were able to get to all and any of the parks we wanted to go to quickly and without any real effort.
